Good afternoon! A second blog today. Came back from the dentist and simply wish to settle in. So, a second blog today. Coffee at the ready! Didn’t really get that first cup. Perhaps that is why I am here!

I found my box of poetry. Moving hides so many things! It’ts like Christmas when you find things.

Thoughts that are coming my way.

This is out of the blue, but I think you might like it. In Alice In Wonderland, you have a nonsense poem called The Jabberwocky”. It is also considered a literary ballad. In the case of this particular poem, it tells a tale of a hero splaying a monster. When you read the Jabberwocky, you find your sell using seven-stanza format, an iambic tetrameter, and an ABAB rhyme scene to read it well. A nonsense poem is full of invention, imagination, and nonsensical words. It is the way it sounds that matters! My own nonsense poem follows.

Ringlets and Golden Albatross.

Ringlets and golden albatross, “Get Away! Go!”

Swoosh! HSshhhhhhhh! Hur___rump!

The sea is full of purple snow, the ice upon it ladled maramalade.

Cats floating in banana boats, yellow and brown, float away.

Fly by fishing, children popping out of seeds?

Mistress’s hair is full of knots! Held up with boot laces.

Her shoes are fiery red, there’s a garter above her knee.

Peeking out I see! A catbird sings a long “meowwwww!”

Ringlets and golden albatoss! Get, tway! And go!

Cur-rump! Bump, bump! Sa-wissssshhhh! Flap! Flutter, flutter!

“GA! WARK!” Puppy dogs and Kittens! All pink, orange and red!

Humble, jumble! We all fall up! Not down instead!

Ringlets? And Golden albatross! Get up, get away! Go!
