Good morning! May love and laughter find you! Coffee at the ready! Time to start the day! The studio will wait for me. Yesterday’s efforts cleared the way, all else has been accomplished so that I can just do art or write! There are advantages if being single it seems, it’s just you after all! Until you go out into the world beyond your door or someone comes by. But I am ready for that too! I can sit and read! I can meditate!

What I am talking about is uncluttering one’s space, enough to make it a great place to be in. Where the surroundings do not shout at you because they are cluttered.

I remember being a kid and resisting picking up. Then at 12 years old the light dawned regarding what my mother had been saying. Pick things up, when your done with them, and it won’t get like this! It will save you time! LOL. Clean as you go when cooking! Clearing, cleaning things up for the next time in the studio certainly matters.

Today I am enjoying the sun coming through the windows. It is quiet, and I love my home. It has taken a while for it to feel “mine!” It was the same when I claimed my first home. Although it is odd for someone in their early twenties to suddenly be a homeowner with a new husband. Later I would make a new home again with my second husband. Now, I am down to just me with the things from that life with Thomas. Now I am learning to be single. LOL.

Now life is about reaching out to others, old friends and making new friends. It’s about what I want to do. It is an interesting position. It requires pressing forward, it means being consistent, accessing what is the most valuable things I can do for myself. What is truly worthwhile? The tendency is to approach things in new ways. Time is something you become keenly aware of. There is just so much time for one life to live, before rebirth happens again. Happiness, health, being oneself___ uncluttered, and not grabbing onto every dam thought that comes one’s way become vital ways to think. How you carry yourself becomes very important.
