
Good Morning! A lovely sunny Sunday. I have discovered knitting is medatative for me. So, I have been knitting leg warmers for my grandaughter Emma, our dancer, cheer leader for the Knights an up and coming foot ball team. She will be doing plays soon.
There are many ways to move into this relaxed state. The quiet of the morning with a cup of tea or coffee, just listening to the quiet while not allowing concerning thoughts in, or perhaps it’s decerning thoughts, the kind that lead you emotionally into the day. Being ok with the world immediately around the self. It’s what we can control. Being present.
it’s important to get back to the self and discover how you want to be, and how to move forward. Loving the self is key. Taking care of the self. Then we know how to treat others.
Send good intentions out into the world and it will respond.
