Good Morning Sunshine!

By

Good morning! It look like we will get sun. My red breasted woodpecker has come for the seeded suet. Pleased he has come back this winter. The Nuthatchs, Juncos, Sparrows, a Mourning Dove aJunior,

I have started a small portrait of Thomas my late husband. That sounds silly. Late for what? He died. But the thought is I want to paint. The question is oil, acrylic or gouache? Lol. I have other forms of art supplies pulled and put together such as a drummel and head set. Serpentine and alabaster stones to do some sculpting. My soft pastels are ready, a laminator press is waiting to do printmaking. Two large oil are now on the walls waiting for me to finish them. I am sizing them up now they are before me. Can you tell I have avalanched forward with the studio cottage! Very pleased with myself. It feels great. I think it’s 2 years this summer coming that we have been here. I have found ways to make furniture, my dishware, drawing tables, art stands and tables to work. I have to deal with what is now on top of tge art file. Boxes of art paper, etc. But it’s out of the bedroom now and I have a sitting area in there! I am enjoying reading, listening to my music, knitting leg warmers for my dancer granddaughter! I can do writing here as well. A pretty floor lamp has a home here now. A sleighbed has its place too. The bedroom is done all but hanging art and finessing the boho look.

I am adding plants to my life. Regrowing beets for their tops. Lol!

Nest wishes! Pejj
