Ah! Huh! My groove is on! Good morning! It’s a sunny day here in Maine! Love that sun! A chill in the air though, it will improve later once the sun is higher in the sky. Coffee at the ready!

Been working on a page where folks can find my new artwork here on WordPress. I will add as a page my late husband’s lithographic print of jazz musicians and landscapes. There are many of these and they are wonderful! Thomas Nunes was a highly skilled printmaker.

I am so thrilled to be done with the moving in process, and in setting up my studio. It indeed feels I got my groove back. But even better somehow!

As people we change and become. Looking at myself with that mindset is freeing. We can pivot and take new directions. This makes life interesting! New things change life up and add interest. If we do the same things all the time___ well time speeds up! That was interesting to learn. It’s also about quality of life for me. I don’t mind at all taking charge of things. I have not always done so. After forty-five it seemed I looked at things in a very different way. I think this quite normal. You do not have the same kinds of interest or concerns, and you let go of shit better it seems. Rather you are willing to get rid of the shit. That is a bit clunky but can be done once you learn to shut of the tap. That’s the clunky part. My theory is life is interesting; people are interesting and so embrace all that is good about life and bring into it cherish-able people. Despite what is happening out there and talk about shit! But ask any farmer! If you stack shit so high___ it has to fall over! It just makes a wider pile. But know this about shit, it becomes the best fertilizer for growing new things! Lessons learned and effort put in____!
