Good Morning sunshine!

Is the pitcher half empty or full? The question usually said using another object, the glass, is it empty or full. I have heard both. The question is “How do you know for sure?” You look. Keeping the “pitcher” full means there is more. If we use it in a certain way such as the concerns or matters of living life, well___. It’s up to us how much of whatever is in there to be where we want it. I remember being asked this when younger, or hearing it being asked to others. It’s an idiom, an expression which tells of a pessimism or an optimistic outlook on “things”. Half full means optimistic and half empty means pessimistic. The origins are not clear but usually credited to one Josiah Stamp stated in a 1935 speech. This helped to spread it forward. There is also something to do with a car’s gas tank.

My picture feels like it’s at the top right now! Enough sustainable things for me to work with!

Best wishes and lots of warm friendship, may love and laughter find you!
