Good Morning Sunshine!

Good morning! Coffee’s ready! May love and laughter find you! May joy find your hearts!

It’s a day for being in the studio. There is a landscape which needs finishing for an art collaboration. I love working after I have organize and picked up the clutter, ready for the next round.

Spring is here! Easter right around the corner! May it be a time of joy and a lot of fun! Happy Easter!

Thoughts today: How wonderful it is to have good friends, and family members. But to reach out to people you don’t know, no matter how your own world is spinning. The likelihood of making yourself and someone else feel better and have a brighter day is almost guaranteed! It can feel timid to reach out. Simply a hello as you pass someone in the store can become a very nice exchange. Some years ago, I reached out to say hello to an other women. We became friends, and I began to teach art to her daughter. The whole family became very dear to me and my husband. Their daughter became more than my student she became an inspiration. She is as a daughter/dear friend/a confidant and fellow artist. I love her wisdom.

We meet other people online, and wonderful relationships can be found there! I have two dear friends I met this way! They mean a lot, and I often start my day with reaching out to them.

Joining groups, you’re interested in is also a great way to meet new friends. So don’t stay home alone. Getting out, doing things, meeting new people makes everything else better! I know this to be true as I have been home, always working in the studio or writing. Then I met a business coach for artist named Catherine Orer. I learned a great deal about the business end of art, and I put what I learned into practice. I learned reaching out, doing other things in life added to what I do as an artist and writer, that more gets done. That if the goal of an eight hour day in the studio is kept and I give myself two days off as weekends. I am still productive! Things avalanche we were told and this is true. I still get caught up and spend longer days when something is “hot” for me! But I fall back into the rhythm. This give me time to read books, go to groups like “American Mah Jong” or my Meditation group. I am doing more for myself than grocery shopping.

Walks are also opportunities for thinking and meeting people. Fill your life with things that interest you! Best wishes! Pejj Nunes. 3/31/2026
