“Oh, Life!_ It’s bigger_” I feel, the thing to remember is that there are always things you can do to affect other things that happen around you. It may involve setting boundaries or changing your actions, even what you own. It’s good to have one-liners for oneself. Like if something in the past is triggered. “I dealt with that!” And let go of it. Make adjustments to your actions as needed, even if you need to pause for a moment. As soon as a thought comes into the mind, we are often off to the races! Mentally, basically, is this a ya or nay? Do you want or need to spend time with this particular thing?” I have felt so tired of thinking. Feeling I must solve something. The body becomes accustomed to this and recalls it as well. The need to be problem-solving can be so strong! But if you’re always in this mode, you’re not enjoying life. Changing the subject to myself is the best way to break what becomes a habit.
What I want is to feel life. and be a part of it. I think people feel removed from living life and being a part of it. The question is what do we really need to live well?
