A cheeky look! Writing a murder mystery will give you a cheeky look! Who did it? (Laughter in the form of chuckling.) The writing is flowing! So, we will see what happens! Writing is better than TV. You are in control of the story. Coffee and some hot water for oatmeal, at the ready! It is indeed going to be a rainy day!
The rain is why I went to Roch’s and bought cookies for kids when they get home, and Tiramisu for two for me! Yum! For my supper I purchased frozen meatballs and spaghetti, cream for coffee or hot cocoa. Some things for the kid’s lunches for the next two days
Thunder? No trash cans. My grandson will be in, just a bit, asking what she had to eat! LOL, maybe not? Maybe Dave is home because of the rain. More likely.
A bit of Joyce Hifler: “Times change, but not in the ways of friendship____ I appreciate you____ even when days and weeks and months pass without the touch or sound of your voice____ for we shall always have a meeting of the mind____ this is the way of friendship____ this is why we have special people in our lives. ____So, stop once in a while and think about me____ tell me through time and space what you are doing and where you are going____ what new things you have discovered____ remember how much it means to communicate and how dear you are to all your friends____ like the sunshine, like the refreshing rain____ you give and give and give____ and i pray you receive as well.” Thank you! Alice!
Now! I have to laugh again at what just happened and am grateful! It seems instead of putting this morning’s blog into draft I published it, and it was awful! I do check my blogs before I publish! Today, I was tired, nodding off and so I was planning to put the blog in the draft mode and finish it later, now I am compelled to publish the better version! I was heading off to the bedroom for a nap when my friend Alice messaged me and inquired if had checked my blog before sending it out. Well, I took a look and much to my surprise!_____ I had planned to open one of Joyce Hifler’s books and see what came up. Something I love to do. Whatever page I open to is always fitting! When I opened the book today the words above were right there! How fitting they are! Again! Thank you! Alice!
May your day be filled with love and laughter! It is pouring! I bet it is Dave! He builds the houses and calls in the people to put in the electricity, windows, etc.
The rain is indeed bathing the world so that when the sun does return, it will be greener, fresher, brighter! The rain fills the lakes, ponds, brooks, and underground Aquaphor’s will be replenished____ Nope, it was Alex, not Dave.
Now, should I nap? Or relax with a listen to Agatha Christie.
May your day be filled with love and laughter! Joy! Best wishes! Pejj Nunes
