Coffee at the ready! It is Saturday all day long! The birds are out on the deck eating the seeded suet. They are quite happy with the food raised up onto a pedestal rather than a low dish on the deck. I feel bad that last year I put more seed out. However, the suet is less messy. I do not have all the birds I did, just those that like suet.
Last night I began a new writing project. In addition to this project I wrote a poem, sending it off as a blog. Having my desk top computer back is inspiring. There is lots of storage. It’s a fresh start.
I am moving forward with the manual. Feeling really good about that! I have lost some information. And hope to recoup it.
Today I have been writing about the form principle, applied when doing illustration or drawing, and painting. Thinking about how to apply this theory to Shibui is to create a comparison for others can understand how to apply it to Shibui. For example, the creation of a light source is necessary in Shibui as it is with paintings. To have perspective, depth of field, a horizon line, planes___ these are worked into place, so that they exist to work from. Imagined so they become realistic.
I wrote about eight hours, so its time to stop and do something else.
