Good morning! It’s a rainy fall day today. We are beginning to lose the leaves to wind. November is coming. “Time moves to quickly!” How can anyone not agree to that? We put a lot into the sum of twenty-four hours, and days are not long enough. The question becomes how to use time to its best advantage? And it’s true the older you get the more you think about time. Yet, you learn not to focus on time as somehow that makes it move even faster. Living in the moment, doing new things, allowing yourself time for the present is the answer. Live by the rule of change? Accept the things you cannot change and change the things you can? Look at what you can really do to live comfortably, safely and meet needs? Look at what you really need to be happy? The limits of living life.
What we decide is an important choice. The goals are to meet one’s needs for living life by prioritizing. The question? How to be happy? It also requires thinking about what makes us happiest. Certain things drop off when it is just you. A refocusing of all of these things mentioned. This is where I am at, at this time.
It is both anxiety and excitement to move into a new home where my choices will be my own. No Thomas to share things with or do things with, and not in an in-law cottage. I want a final move where the control is my own once more.
I wonder at how others look at life, especially in these times. I bet its not too much different. Crazy times.
Best wishes. Pejj
