New Title: The Edge of My Woods. By Pejj Nunes.
Coffee’s ready! I am listening to violin and cello music this morning. The sun is out! It will be in the 50s today, and for several days. Have to love that!
There are many boulders, rock piles and rock walls where I live. I think how long they have been there, as they are, as they have been buried or push their way up through the ground. Where plants and animals make homes. I think of all the life in the forest and how amazing trees truly are. I remember my wonder as a child, every time I looked at a tree or plant. I would look past the top of the grass to see the tiny life beneath. I would ponder the night sky with all its stars. Mountains when I saw these____. Such beauty! How can we not protect every inch? Are there no other ways? Are we not clever enough to create what we need? Change what needs changing? Why put blinders on this only puts us in the dark. This earth is where we live. Don’t discard so easy the things we should love.
Today I feel the need to start on the new section of the Shibui manual, writing it is! The kids have gone to school, it is picture day. And now my day begins. A bit of self-care today as well.
Last night my daughter, granddaughter and me put purple hair dye in our hair. It’s supposed to last a month. This is a new twist for me, girls just got to have fun! LOL
Well, on with my day! Love and laughter, may it come your way! Pejj Nunes
