I am loving listening to Tibetan bowls as I fall asleep. And again in the morning. Medatating is working. Inner peace is found. Quiet mornings just listening to the sounds within the cottage, and without being present and without mind chatter. Turning away the thoughts I don’t want to use, replacing them with presence or new thoughts. Things tgat change my life up. I am in charge of how to become. What I want and need are changing.
