Just thinking about the day, and how great I feel. I am really loving the grounding sheet and finding a nerve supplement to help my body. Sitting for years as I work at writing or art has not been a good thing. These days I focus much more on moving by taking those necessary breaks and exercise!
It’s back to writing the introduction for the manual about Shibui Found Image Art. A long name I know. But that is what it is. To write the best introduction for the manual I need to marry my thoughts about the creative process, how the mind works, and incorporating these ideas with the process of creating Shibui. The point is that we are essentially as much a tool as a paint brush and mediums are. It is our minds that determine the whole creative process. The mind triggers the body accordingly. We are consciousness in all we do. There is a responsibility towards self in that. It is a part of having will to do what we do as the words we use or the actions we take. Or we would be random chaos, perhaps we are at least unless we think for ourselves, and don’t buy into every thought we have come up. Unless we tent our own gardens more than someone else’s. We need not to judge what others do so fervently that we forget they are on their own learning curve. Few local to us, such as family and friends reach the same point of thought at the same time because our experiences are different. No one can live in another’s shoes. Its guessing or assuming we do however in the effort to understand others, unless we ask, and then it is where someone believes themselves to be. We change and evolve as people. This is what we should do. We should think about such things and not be so ridged regarding who we are and who others are. We all do stupid things, even hurtful things. All we can do is be mindful about how we carry ourselves. We become facilitators or examples that affect the actions of others. Other people respond to who they feel we are. These things are a part of who we very complex people are. We are amazing conscious beings who need to think about what we say and do, we should not wait for others to do this for us. We need to find ourselves in the present and let go of what yesterday was. It won’t be new or fresh if we bring the past into how we want to become from this day forward. I want a chance to be new, so people respond to me in new ways.
Well! That’s a train of thought. I will let it stand as is. May it make sense to you the reader. Best wishes! Hugs! Have a super day! Pejj
