Saturday, all day long! What to do? LOL! (There is always something to do! That should not be hard to figure out! But which something? It’s supposed to a day for relaxing. The trick is if you work in your home that is where your job is.)

Sunshine and Wondering

Sunshine rains on mountain tops and rolls across the trees.

And there I am wondering, how the day will go?

What can I do differently and whom might I see?

Are others wondering what their day will be?

Since a child such expectations come, and there I am.

Waiting, listening to the world about sunshine in and sun without.

Watching for those early signs that the day will begin.

A door opens and closes, footsteps come down the hall.

The kitchen comes to life with noise, and delicious smells enthrall.

A call comes. Breakfast! And all emerge, voices fill the air.

I look about the table and take in the daily Fiest and smile.

A day begun with everyone! Sunshine through the window,

Embracing all, there in yellow light, morning has begun!
