Finished. On to the n̈ext one@ i think there were 6 or 7 images prior
I was told by a fellow artist, Alice that it was much easier to draw on larger paper. 18 x 24. I agree. When I drew prior images I did stuggle with getting things in a better perspective. Now to prepare paper for a next image and to compose that new still life.
I have been reading about Impressionism. Ran across the name of an Impressionest writer of the name Marcel Proust. The first thought is I love older writers. Such as RFDelderfield, Toilken, Lewis….. they are indeed from the past but they are still loved. It is my hope that I am as delighted by Proust. He is a French writer who has been translated to English. I understand he paints with his words. A fluiitity than can seem rare. I am struck by another thought. What caught my attention was the title of 7 volumes, beginning with “In Search Of Lost Things.” And Remebrance of things past. I found these intriging titles because I find myself in reflection. Perhaps from what I am reading and researching. I think of what changes have happened as life has moved forward and I think of the commonalities of we humans.
What is that question? Is it better to have the glass half empty or half full? 😆 🤣 😂 half way still allows wiggle room. Empty? Nothing. Full means committed, and so the expectation us to do something. It remains full otherwise.
Best wishes! Pejj
