Learning to draw on the iPad. Need to do this if I plan to take it out side. This is n I t done, t here are more adjustments and shading which is either not done or light. But I have a better understanding of Procreate.

A SUCCESSFUL DAY. Clean up so Monday to Friday is Studio time. It’s always nice to be uncluttered. Things organized, wiped down, the edges of papers taped so you can just pull them and begin work. Tomorrow can be laundry day.

I keep track of my work hours, this lets me know how much time is spent on art and art related things. It helps not to feel like you should be producing more. It allows me to feel ok with the time for other things I do. We need to take care of ourselves.

The several years of working with an art related business coach taught me to relax. And m9st important its not just studio time you need to pay attention to. The self is important, without taking care of ourselves mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually all other things wont work as well Relationships will take it on the chin too. To be entrepreneureal as an artist, it means office time. It means planning revenue streams. How much do you want at tge end of the year? How much of what products, yes art is product do you need to sell. How long does it take you to do a particular kind? Do you want to have your art on something such as cups or t shirts . Where are these products likely to sell. A website takes time. How do you want people to find you? All of these things can become manageable. There are ways to sell, to have help, and there are grant money projects you can develop. Mostly have fun! Enjoy life! Research and find answers. Create a plan!
