A day for thoughts. My goal today is to read about composition. I have made it to page 66. I find I do myself confronted by terms used many years ago, yet these are discernible and perhaps more fitting. Vocabularies do change. My desire is the practice of focusing in on my topic of interest. Training the brain to close out of other thoughts. It’s been too long since diving deep into reading the physical book. I love books and reading. Audiobooks are wonderful! But they are not physically held. This time it’s not a story however. Instead it’s about painting composition. It will help with my writing g project, so here I am moving into research, and thi is that interest me as I tell my mind to stop balking at the idea. I wonder but do not think I am alone in such thinking.
Now to move from sitting and come back to this. Best wishes! Pejj
Best wishes. Pejj

Due to my research regarding neurobiology, consciousness, the mind, and creative process. I learned some interesting things about the mind and how it processes. The results is thoughts are just that thoughts, we file away our best information along with other thoughts that stem from the experiences through all of our senses. However we do t realize we are in control of what we file and call up. If we don’t want to use info we need to call up new info so it’s in the forefront, not the other stuff. We don’t have to examine, pour over old useless stuff. The truth of the matter is the mind prediction ts from what we call up most. it thinks that’s what we want most. Most used info. Well we need to notice we can change this and not go there by changing the topic for ourselves by doing something different, getting something different in our minds. And the mind will resist but being resistant will change things up. The mind doesn’t only call up thoughts. It calls up feelings and that’s what sabotaged us. It’s OK to be happy for no reason, and not solve every dam thought that comes up.
