LOVE IS

Love is as a river, deep and fast, clear and cloudy, fluid and ferocious.

It takes everything in its wake! Love leaves you breathless and revoked.

Love claims you, and there you are needing trust, respect as roots to love.

It demands and soothes, it cast things out and carries things forward.

Love requires what we do not expect from it. It always makes its demands!

As Satie’s music, love plays soft, sensually, then in erotic abstract notes.

Sweetly it says, “All of me! Is yours only! Fireworks! Then just you and me.

How my lover loved me. It’s my heart which remembers deep and fluid times.

Love, and laughter, teasing, claiming each other, grateful for our time.

One to be two, two as one always and forever, forever and a day my love.
